I know it's been a few years since I've blogged. I've actually been so unmodivated to to do anything. But now I think I've gotten back some modivation. So we'll post our activities and such as they come. Enjoy.

Number 6
A few years ago I tried fermenting veggies. My family weren't big fans of the veggies. Then I decided to make my own kombucha and then kefir milk. Which then led to kefir water. Now today I make just kefir water. 4 out of 6 of my kids LOVE it!! It's better than soda and so much better for you. Great way to get probiotics.
